Conversion Optimization
If traffic isn't the problem, more traffic isn't the fix.
We audit where visitors drop off, build a testing roadmap, and fix the funnel — so the traffic you already have (or are paying for) converts at a rate that matches its quality.
What's included
Everything covered under a CRO engagement
Funnel & analytics audit — a step-by-step review of where visitors enter and where they drop off, using your existing analytics.
UX & friction analysis — identifying specific points of friction: form length, page load, unclear pricing, confusing navigation.
A/B testing roadmap — a prioritized list of tests, ranked by expected impact and effort, not a random grab-bag of ideas.
Landing page optimization — copy, layout and offer testing for the pages your ad traffic actually lands on.
Checkout flow optimization — reducing drop-off between cart and completed purchase on ecommerce stores.
Tracking & tagging setup — GA4 and Meta Pixel event tracking configured so tests can actually be measured.
Our process
From audit to a running test program
Audit & data review
We review analytics, session data and the live funnel to identify where the biggest drop-offs actually happen.
Hypotheses & test roadmap
Each finding becomes a specific, testable hypothesis, prioritized by expected impact and how easy it is to implement.
Implementation & testing
Changes are implemented and tested — as an A/B test where traffic supports it, or as a measured before/after where it doesn't.
Analysis & iteration
Results are reviewed against the original hypothesis, and the next test on the roadmap starts.

FAQ
Common questions
How much traffic do we need for this to make sense?
True A/B testing needs enough volume to reach statistical confidence in a reasonable time. If traffic is too low for formal split tests, we still run structured before/after changes based on the audit.
Do you need access to our website?
Yes — analytics/GA4 access at minimum for the audit, and CMS or theme access if we're implementing changes directly rather than handing them to your developer.
Can this be combined with paid media management?
Yes, and it often makes more sense together — the same team seeing both ad and funnel data can tell whether an issue is targeting, creative, or the page itself.
Know your traffic isn't the bottleneck?
Send us your analytics access or a summary of the funnel and we'll tell you what we see.
